About
Pocket Playbook started as a group chat where a few of us kept swapping screenshots and arguing about which level layout was unfair. At some point we figured we might as well write it all down properly, so here we are. Everything you read comes from someone who actually finished the game, or got stuck in the same spot you did.
We pick games by watching what climbs the charts and what our readers keep asking about. Genre doesn't matter much to us — a clever racing game and a slow-burn strategy title both get the same treatment. If a game feels worth your time, we try to explain why without turning the review into a sales pitch.
Nobody here gets paid to be nice. We play on our own phones, buy our own devices, and if something is clunky we say so. The goal is simple: help you decide whether a game is worth installing and, once you do, help you get unstuck.
We're a small team and we read every message, so if you spot a mistake or want to argue about a rating, tell us.
